At Dan Henry Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage-inspired timepiece. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch, original box, and all included accessories securely inside the shipping carton to ensure the item remains in mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service of your choice to send the package back to our designated inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our watchmakers verify the condition of the timepiece, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
